Adventure Kids

An adventurous kids development program focusing on the fundamentals of gymnastics, hand/foot-eye coordination, balance and overall body and core strength whilst having fun at the same time and allowing kids to enjoy themselves to the fullest.
Along with that, social development will also be a focal point as this will in turn prepare them for future group tasks, team building activities as well as team sports.
Ultimately, the aim is to expose kids to trampolining, various other sports codes and challenging activities in order to cultivate confidence and promote positive self-esteem which is essential for future successes.
Essentially, our adventure kids program is targeted towards a younger demo-graph of kids (age: 3 to +/-9)


Times : Tuesdays and Thursdays from 15:00 to 16:00 & 16:00 to 17:00

Parkour & Tricking

A training discipline using movement that developed from military obstacle course training, now including movements and training from mixed Martial arts and gymnastics.
For the Parkour segment, we focus on balance, endurance, core strengthening, bodily orientation and awareness exercises for the developing of self trust and building self-esteem in order to take on even more complex challenges.

The Tricking segment involves development around flipping, twisting and trampolining, later combining parkour to more complex maneuvers.

All training sessions are conducted in a safe and monitored environment, always accompanied by Planet Aero's fine coaches.
This program is suitable for Pupils aged 7 and above.

             Advanced level : 16:00 to 17:00

Adult Fitness Classes

Join us for an hour of intense fitness training with a twist! Trampoline fitness is sought out to be one of the most effective training regimes for fat burning, improving cardiovascular endurance, enhancing lymphatic system, and the best of all having fun whilst breaking a good sweat!
Bouncing vs jogging?
The main disadvantage of jogging is the physical stress on lower limbs, joints and feet. “G”-forces at work are incredible and can QUADRUPLE a jogger’s weight factor. For example, a 70-kg person while jogging can exert as much as 270 kg’s downward pressure on weight-bearing joints each time a foot hits the ground.
Using the trampoline takes up to 80% off the stress off your weight-bearing joints. Using a trampoline is a wonderful option for seniors, physically challenged, those recuperating from accidents or injuries. It’s also excellent exercise for those who have been sedentary and are starting an exercise program.


As good as a gym?
If not better! Quite often the gym can be overwhelming and very crowded at numerous times through out the day and let’s face it no one wants to step into an over-crowded environment especially when trying to get back on the horse! Unlike with your conventional gym, our trampoline classes are conducted by qualified instructor ready to make you sweat and smile whilst doing so! Through incorporating industry leading techniques such as HIIT and body weight strength adds to the mix of an extremely effective and challenging regime regardless of fitness levels!

General Note

Essentially, our adventure kids programme is targeted towards a younger demo-graph of kids (age: 3 to 9 +/-) and our Parkour programme is generally much easier for the older demo graph of kids (age: 8 +/-).
However, the ultimate purpose of all programmes is to create confident and tough young individuals and of course to promote an active lifestyle amongst the youth demo-graph.
